GeoCat will be organizing two sessions and a workshop at the INSPIRE 2020 conference in Dubrovnik in May.
Our colleague Paul van Genuchten is co-organising this two sessions. In 90 minutes 6 speakers will highlight various aspects of innovative technologies in data discovery. This will include data on the web best practices, the use of Uniform Resource Identifier (URIs), technical guidelines for metadata 2.0, search engine discoverability, and OGC API Catalog.
In the second session various speakers will present their view on OGC APIs, current state, OGC API and INSPIRE, data modeling using linked data and API approaches.
We’re also setting up a workshop around Technical Guidelines for Metadata 2.0 in GeoNetwork. A practical hands-on session on aspects to consider when getting started with Metadata TG 2.
