GeoCat Bridge Support

With the purchase of any bridge licence one year of support is included. Please visit the Frequently Asked Questions to resolve common issues. If the FAQ doesn't resolve your problem you can contact us through the Support form.

Bridge Care

Bridge Care offers continuing support and maintenance. There is no need to budget for major Bridge software releases because they are included (all updates of the current version and upgrades to new major releases). Bridge Care provides a total solution ensuring you are always up and running and have the most current release.

Support contracts and training

GeoCat provides high-quality support services to GeoNetwork opensource users through support contracts.

By subscribing to GeoCat Support Services, organizations using GeoNetwork opensource benefit from the knowledge of GeoCat’s technical experts, who are directly involved in the development of GeoNetwork opensource. These services are designed to bring effectiveness, security, and peace of mind to subscribers.

Support will be provided in English and is limited to installation, operation, system configuration, standard GUI customization (Banner and CSS changes), performance issues related to system configuration or critical bugs in the GeoNetwork opensource software. Core Service Hours provide additional dedicated software development time.

GeoCat offers three Support Levels: Basic, Professional and Platform.
